Deliveries and returns

Here is a guide to the delivery and returns policy in Switzerland, the European Union and other countries around the world:
 
  • 1. Free Shipping in Switzerland: For all orders, regardless of their value. You do not have to pay any delivery costs, and we undertake to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
  • 2. Free Shipping in the European Union: Shipping costs are also free for all orders shipped to countries in the European Union (EU). Whether you live in France, Germany, Italy or any other EU member country, enjoy free shipping with no minimum purchase.
  • 3. Free Delivery in the rest of the World For orders to countries outside Switzerland and the European Union, delivery is free from 200 CHF. If the amount of your order is less than this amount, standard delivery charges will apply. These charges will vary depending on the destination country.
  • 4. Delivery times in Switzerland: Delivery in 2 to 3 working days. In France, delivery is in 2 to 3 working days. In other countries of the European Union, delivery is in 3 to 6 working days, depending on the country of destination. Rest of the world, delivery is in 3 to 6 working days, depending on the location. We are in no way responsible for possible delivery delays by transport companies.
  • 5. Order Tracking: All our shipments include a tracking number, which you will receive by email as soon as your order is shipped. You will be able to track the progress of your package online via our tracking page or directly on the carrier's website.
  • 6. Returns and exchanges: We offer a simple and effective return policy, with a period of 14 days after receipt of your order to return an item, provided that it is in its original condition, unworn and without any defects. Only jewelry is refundable, unique rough stones are not refundable or exchangeable. Custom-made jewelry is not refundable. Return costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part. Each product is meticulously inspected and photographed before shipping, and will be checked in the event of a return. Finally, returns are made exclusively to our branch in Switzerland.
  • 7. We have two shipping branches, our first is our workshop in Switzerland where we make all our shipments to Switzerland using the services of "La Poste Suisse". We have a branch in France which allows us to ship your packages to the European Union without additional customs taxes. All packages destined for a country in the European Union will be shipped from France using the services of "La Poste France/Colissimo". Finally, for countries outside Switzerland or the European Union, packages will be shipped from Switzerland with "FedEx or "UPS".
  • 8. We offer parcel insurance to protect against loss and damage. This type of insurance is an additional charge payable at the end of the order. Swiss liability insurance covers the price of the item up to a maximum of 1500 CHF with "Post Suisse". While "Poste France" insurance covers the price of the item up to 500 Euros. If you notice any damage, please report it to us within 24 hours of receipt at the following address: service@lavieraz.com so that we can open a dispute with the transport services.
